2. Will my house be damaged by having it pressure cleaned?

Absolutely not.

We apply a cleaning solution to the surface prior to washing. This solution kills mould and helps to loosen dirt, grime, pollution, spider webs etc. Removal is done with low pressure equipment or by hand.

We can even clean paint that is peeling!

We have cleaned many houses that have been coated with lime wash and we have obtained excellent results (click the 'house washing' link and look for the "lime wash" on the bottom right hand corner of the before and after pictures).

As a further safeguard, Diamond Exterior House Cleaning is fully insured.

3. How much experience in pressure cleaning do you have?

Experience is the key.

We have been operating since 1999 and during that time Diamond Exterior House Cleaning has undertaken more than 10,000 jobs all over Sydney and the South Coast of New South Wales.

We have washed thousands of houses and buildings, from humble three bedroom cottages to some of Sydney's most exclusive homes on the harbour. We have also washed the exterior of shopping centres; pressure cleaned sporting stadiums and thousands of commercial properties.

You name it, we have done it. No job is too big or too small for us to take on!

9. Is the cost for washing a brick home the same as for a weatherboard home?

All things being equal, brick houses will be cheaper as the walls usually do not need to be pressure cleaned.

10. Why should I have my driveway sealed?

Driveways are now a major feature of a home and sealing a driveway is important to help prevent wear and tear on the surface. Whether it is coloured or plain, sealing also prevents oils and grease penetrating into the surface of the driveway and aids in the cleaning process.
